If the item isn’t working correctly you can follow the steps below to help you troubleshoot an issue with a file.

page to see if any other buyers have had the same problems. If you can’t find an answer,
leave your question in the comment page, so the author may answer your question.
3) If there is a bug or the file does not work as described, contact Support.
